I live in downtown St. Pete, grew up in Florida, and have spent my entire life partnering with and supporting local businesses.
My obsession with technology started early. I built my first computer when I was 12 and earned my A+ certification at age 13, kicking off my tech journey in 1998.

Started a computer repair company at age 15, turning a childhood obsession into a real business in 2000. I joke that I don't remember exactly how much money I made back then, but it was enough to buy music, go to the movies, and live like a king in high school. I still run that IT firm to this day, supporting local clients I've worked with for over two decades.

Enterprise Networking & Systems Engineering
By the time I was 18, I was running two successful businesses: an IT company and an affiliate marketing company. I was also doing web hosting and web design on the side. At the time, IT clients would ask if I could build them a site, so I did, but I didn't focus on it. It was more for my own businesses and side projects.
Cisco CCNA & Linux Infrastructure
I continued expanding my IT firm, getting Cisco CCNA certified, specializing in all the problems that would stump other technicians. Customer service was always #1 from the start! By the early 2000s I began hosting Linux game servers, IRC servers, websites, and home automation setups for fun. I was frustrated that I couldn't use my linux knowledge in my professional career at the time because it just didn't integrate well with Windows networks that small businesses rely on. My IT business is still thriving to this day, still focusing on serving clients ranging from 5 to 50 employees.

Supporting the local business community is my passion. I am one of the founding members of the Entrepreneur Social Club in St. Pete and have been regularly attending since 2009. My roots here are deep, and I'm not going anywhere.

In 2020, during what I like to call the apocalypse (COVID), I started Tampa Bay Business Phones to help local offices transition from decades-old key systems to VoIP, in an effort to support remote working. We provide fully custom VoIP systems to support work from home, cell phones, or traditional offices. I was able to help many local businesses get set up with hosted VoIP phone systems to effectively handle high call volumes and increase efficiency whether their teams are multi-office, out in the field, or working remotely.

Why I Started This Agency
As I started with BNI, I began meeting more and more home service business owners. Many of them had marketing companies that were, to put it nicely, not good.
Most marketing agencies are run by salespeople and designers who don't actually understand how the underlying technology works.
